ROLLO TOMASSI:…the 20s which I call the party years, the party phase… when women have the most sexual market value position.
Then… we move into the epiphany phase, (sometime around age 27-32 – this varies) This is usually the time most women say ‘hey, I want to get married, but I don’t wanna get married until I’m 27-28-29… and, that also fits back into ‘open hypergamy’ once again where we’re seeing women go through their party phases… and, they follow the Sandberg plan where they bang the bad boys through their party phase and then once they get to be 27, 28-29 they have an EPIPHANY, and that epiphany is that they’re not living their life right and they’re going to go get right with themselves…

…and where are all of the nice guys? Well, they’ve always been there all along, but, ‘I’m finally going to come back to them because I’ve learned the ways of the Alpha – Bad Boy – CAD – and now I want stability,’ which really is the rationale for ‘my sexual market value is waning, to the point where I now need to consolidate a long-term commitment out of a guy – I need to find the dependable guy that Sheryl Sandberg told me would be waiting when I got to 28 years old.’
ROLLO TOMASSI: So, there’s an epiphany… I believe, that happens for women, where they, sort of, get right with themselves.
If they were religious they get right with God and they want to live their lives the correct way, so all of the freebies they were giving away to the Alpha guys – They find a beta and they make him wait and they make him perform and they evaluate him and they see if he’s got potential…

I move into other phases of women’s maturity into their 30s… I go into what women socially expect of themselves because of the narrative… they feel like they’ve got to do certain things so that they can have it all… we talked about the Wild Oats Project.
Then they’ve got a phase where they realize that what they have been sold is not what they’ve ended up with… then, we’ve got a whole divorce porn industry that allows them to go and feel good about themselves before divorcing their dutiful, beta husband they met during their epiphany phase, then move on to ditching him, going back with the bad boys once again, and, then maybe consolidating, maybe not – after that. So, that’s basically the detail of the timeline.
For each of these phases, I broke them into four different phases. (the book has a timeline) …the teenage years to through party years, then to the epiphany phase through the 30s then through the 40s into 50s.
I also try to make concessions for each part of different phases.
There are certain social conventions women can get away with – they can use on men, in their teenage years, but not in the other phases.
Not all women get married at 28 years old. Most women express a desire to get married between 26 and 28 for obvious reasons.
You’re still subject to the influence of those phases of security.

I think, if you’re going to give advice to guys like that – to younger men (18), especially if they don’t have a good father figure, a good, strong alpha guy to give them advice… Make them see the behaviors. Just watch, be observant. A lot of guys want to blame women’s bad behaviors on… usually make excuses (for her)
We have to perform, and we have to make something of ourselves. Eventually we have to create more resources than we use.
